Having looked after my Grandad for 12 weeks prior to his passing and doing an amazing job the team at Colchester Hospital deserve something back!

On top of this my little boy was born premature and was looked after for 8 days by the amazing NICI team. He also later that caught COVID and was admitted again! The team at Ipswich Children's ward did an amazing job!

On top of various bits and bobs, operations in my life, such as fixing both of my arms due to severe fractures, it would just be nice to show them a bit of appreciation!

On March 16 2025 I'll be running the Colchester half in aid of these amazing hospitals and anything you can give in this tough time would be massively appreciated!
