I work for Stephen’s Bakery who are celebrating their 150 year anniversary this year. As part of our celebrations, during the month of June, any money team members raise for The Stephens Foundation the company will match, meaning that more local causes can benefit. The Stephens Foundation is a grant making charity which aims to support the advancement of education and health, the relief of poverty, and the advancement of community development. The beneficiaries of the foundation are children and organisations supporting children, community groups, individuals or organisations who have financial need and whose activities fall within the charitable objects above.I will be participating in a sponsored walk starting at the old bakery site in Dunfermline city centre, visiting all shops in Dunfermline, Inverkeithing and finishing at the new bakery site in Rosyth. If you have any spare pennies that you are able to donate I would be very grateful, the more money raised means more local causes will benefit. Thanks.
