Hello, everyone!

Fully aware this is a bit last minute, but I'm running a Tough Mudder half marathon this Saturday, which consists of over 20 obstacles, including monkey bars, jumps, crawling in the mud, and swimming in a freezing lake. Basically, it will be a messy competition. 🏋️‍♀️

Some of you already know that my dad was diagnosed with MS 15 years ago, and seeing him deteriorate is a feeling I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

The MS Society is a wonderful association that supports people like my dad, and hopefully, a small donation can help them with their extraordinary research and work.
