Hi my name is Dani I am running the London Marathon to raise money for this wonderful charity.

I am hard working and a mum to six beautiful children, I will be putting all my spare time into training for this as we never know if one day it will affect us personally. I would like the best care for friends and family.

One in two of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Wessex Cancer Support is a charity which relies on donations to provide free and local support to anyone affected by cancer, away from hospital. Every person receives tailored support that best suits their needs. This ranges from counselling to transport which helps patients travelling from the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands get to their hospital appointments.
