In March this year, I will be taking part in a 4 day trek across the Sahara desert, battling snakes, fierce camels, scorpions and an outdoor toilet. (Well, the outdoor toilet bit is definitely true. Apparently the camels are very nice.)

I'm taking part with a group of likeminded people to help raise money for a wonderful hospice which provides care and support for people and their families at the hardest time of their lives.

I will be training for the event over the next few months, and trying to recreate the high daily temperatures by jogging in a sauna! I would love to have your support, and I would be truly grateful for any donation you could give, in order to help me reach my target of £1900.
