In September, I will be taking on the Great North Run and supporting Winston's Wish.

I lost my Dad when I was 10 years old which has affected my life in many ways. Then my own daughter Ellie lost her Dad when she was 17. The trauma of this is so hard to navigate and watching Ellie’s heart break and feeling lost in how to help her was extremely difficult.

Winston's Wish is an amazing charity who support children and young people up to the age of 25 after the death of someone important in their life.
