I'm running the 2026 TCS London Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK!

It has been some of the hardest days, months and years watching you fight this horrible disease. You have faced more than your fair share of lows, but through it all, you’ve kept fighting. Your strength and resilience are undeniable.

For my mum, Caroline. Surprise! 🤭

You are the hardest-working, most loving and, caring person I know. You haven’t wavered once throughout this journey. From the tears to the laughter with Granda, you’ve been there - by his side at every hurdle, every step. Going part time at work to care for him says it all. You are my inspiration. No matter what, you always find a way. I am so proud of everything you’ve done, and continue to do - for me, our family, Granny, and Granda Brian.

So, this one is for you both.

A fish out of water taking on 26.2 miles - but that’s nothing compared to the struggles you both face every single day.

And, I know we are not alone in this fight.

I have met so many in a similar position to our family & it breaks my heart knowing first-hand the impact Alzheimer’s can have on not only the individual but the family and friends who surround them.

I couldn’t be more honoured to have been offered this place to run for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
