I am running to raise funds and awareness for Mesothelioma and other asbestos related diseases. Mesothelioma is a rare, non curable cancer that is caused by exposure to asbestos fibers. Once diagnosed the average survival rate is 18 months and although people are living slightly longer with treatments there is still no cure. London Asbestos Support Awareness Group is a non profit charity and offers free services to sufferers and family members.
