Alzheimer’s disease is a growing concern, not just because of its rising prevalence but also due to the immense challenges it poses for those living with it and their families. While progress is being made in prevention research, there’s an urgent need to focus on treatments and support systems.

That’s why I’m taking on a challenge that combines my passion for adventure and endurance to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research. Physical activity, like running, is proven to help combat inflammaging—an underlying factor in many chronic diseases, including Alzheimer’s. By pushing my limits and stepping outside my comfort zone, I aim to run 58KM with 2700m elevation gain to inspire other to fight against this disease.
