Verity is a charity for woman with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. (PCOS)

I am challenging myself to walk/jog 31 miles in 31 days to help raise donations for this incredible charity.

Personal note -

I was 12 when I was diagnosed with PCOS. And I was told at a very young age that there was a high chance I wouldn’t be able to have children.

I have lost pregnancies and have had complications with the pregnancies I've manged to keep.

I suffer and struggle on a daily basis due to the syndrome/condition.

Not only the physical symptoms but also the mental health side of the condition can be demanding.

But I’m not alone. PCOS affects 1 in 10 women in the Uk.

I’d like to help other women by donating to this amazing charity.
