I am taking part in TMJ's Stride and Scramble to raise money for Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue and Suffolk Mind.

On Saturday 13th September, along with a team of colleagues, I will be taking part in a 10-12km hike over Causey Pike in the Lake District. Following this, we will be Ghyll Scrambling, where we will climb, scramble and wade through the mountain streams.

Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue and Suffolk Mind both do outstanding work for our local community and it is great to be able to support both charities. I would like to keep the donations for both charities as equal as possible. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.
