13 Kilometres a Day for 13 Days – Celebrating 13 Years Clean & Sober
On 14th September 2025, I’ll be celebrating 13 years clean and sober. My journey hasn’t been easy – and it’s still a challenge every single day – but I’m living proof that recovery is possible.
Every year, to mark my sobriety anniversary, I like to give back. This year, I’m taking it up a notch: starting on 13th September, I’ll be walking 13 kilometres a day for 13 days – one kilometre for every year I’ve been sober. Covering a total of 169 kilometres over the 13 days.
Why? To raise funds for a cause close to my heart, to help break the stigma around addiction, and to show that asking for help is not weakness – it’s strength. We cannot recover alone, but together we can do incredible things.
If you’d like to follow my journey, I’ll be posting regular updates on my TikTok and Instagram. If you want to join me for part of the walk, message me – the more the merrier!
Whether you can donate £1 or £100, every bit helps and is deeply appreciated. Together, we can make a difference.
Thank you for supporting me, for believing in recovery, and for helping me celebrate this milestone.
