On the 23rd of May, I will be jumping out of a plane for charity! And, if I reach the target amount, they said they'll even give me a parachute as well! Which would be a bonus, as i'll probably need it......... So please donate!

But even more important than the parachute, is raising the money to help support the people that support those who are effected by Dementia.

As everyone affected by dementia deserves dignity, respect, and support to live the life they want. Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support Services (ADSS)’s purpose is to use a person-centred experience to define and implement social care services from diagnosis to end of life, reducing the devastating impact the disease can have.

ADSS provides the knowledge, support, care, and guidance that people affected by dementia need so they can manage their symptoms, reconnect with family and the community, and take back control of their lives.
