Story
Hi, I’m Danny White, and alongside some of my closest friends, people I’ve been lucky enough to know for 20+ years, I’m taking on one of the world’s most iconic challenges — a 16-day trek to Everest Base Camp — to raise vital funds for Demelza House.
Demelza is an incredible charity that delivers extraordinary care to children and young people facing serious or life-limiting conditions, supporting families across Kent, South East London and East Sussex through some of the most difficult times imaginable. From clinical care and short breaks to bereavement support, they are there every step of the way — and they rely on the generosity of people like you to keep doing it.
The trek to Everest Base Camp is no small undertaking. Over 16 days, I’ll be pushing my body and mind to the limit, climbing to 5,364 metres through some of the most breathtaking — and gruelling — terrain on the planet. Every step I take will be worth it knowing I’m raising money for such an incredible cause.
If you can spare anything at all, please donate. Every pound makes a real difference to the children and families that Demelza supports.
Thank you so much. 💙
