I'm taking on the TCS London Marathon 2027 with Europia in solidarity with displaced Ukrainians rebuilding their lives in the UK.

Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Europia has supported hundreds of Ukrainians across Greater Manchester with first-language immigration advice, legal support, wellbeing activities and practical guidance. Their team includes staff and volunteers with lived experience of displacement, including Ukrainians who have themselves fled the war, ensuring people can access trusted support from those who truly understand the challenges they face.

Your donation ensures that displaced Ukrainians have somewhere to turn for expert advice, community connection and the support they need to build a stable, independent future.

The scale of this challenge for me is added to by my recent diagnosis of Stage 4 Kidney Disease, having only 25% kidney function remaining. In addition, i was born with clubfoot in my right leg, meaning i carry a permanent weakness into my running.
