I've been inspired to run this marathon by friend, the amazing Emma Jones, and my wonderful sister Jackie Whitehead, both of whom have been affected by this terrible disease over the last year. Both have had to fight their own battles and I hope that by running this, my first marathon in over 8 years, I can raise awareness and hopefully some money to help support the fight against breast cancer.

My brother and I will be running this marathon together (first time we've run that distance together) and we are aiming to finish in around 4hrs 30 minutes or better.
