The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity dedicated to unlocking the potential in young people between the ages of 9-25 through discovery and adventure in the wild. We give them access to adventurous experiences through which they can learn to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Story

She’s done it! ⛰️⛰️⛰️

The 3 Largest Peaks in the UK in under 30 days by a 3 Year Old!

This is to prove anything is possible, to anyone of any age.

Darlia loves the outdoors and is always smiling throughout our walks, which we head out as a family regularly to the Peak District.

One Friday night we decided to head to Mt. Snowdon on Saturday 27th April and Darlia achieved the summit at 1,083m and returned back to base, all under her own steam.

This led us to see if any 3 year olds had completed all 3 peaks, which we could only find one who completed all summits in 56 days.

Then came the crazy idea for her to complete all 3 peaks in 1 month. (Base - Summit - Base) all under her own steam.

She has now completed:

⛰️ Snowdon - 1083m - 27th April 2024

⛰️ Scafell Pike - 978m - 11th May 2024

⛰️ Ben Nevis - 1345m - 26th May 2024

We have decided to support The Outward Bound Trust as part of her mission.

About The Outward Bound Trust:

“Our wild adventures inspire young people to believe they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Our funding helps break down barriers and unlock opportunities for those who need it most.”

If you could spare a little to help this amazing charity and cheer Darlia along on her mission! We would be forever grateful 🙏
