I am running my first ultra-marathon (50k) around Loch Ness in Scotland on 5 May 2024.

In doing so, I am hoping to raise funds for the MND Association which focusses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. A friend of mine suffers from MND and he and his family have received great support from the MND Association.
