Strictly Fun Dancing is back on Saturday 21 March 2026. After just 10 weeks of dance training, our amazing couples will take to the Winter Gardens dance floor to show off their moves at our most glamourous fundraising event of the year!

Story

Darran and Em are taking part in Weston Hospicecare’s Strictly Fun Dancing 2026 — our biggest challenge yet! 💃✨

Strictly Fun Dancing is a glittering ballroom event where, after just 10 weeks of rehearsals, we’ll take to the dance floor at the Winter Gardens to perform two dances – the Quickstep and the Argentine Tango.

Now in its 9th year, this much-loved event is all about fun, fundraising, and a little bit of sparkle! On the night, there will be a panel of judges, entertainment from Method Dance, and the chance for the audience to vote with their wallets for their favourite couple. Once the winning couple is announced, the dance floor will open with a DJ and disco so everyone can join in the celebrations.

There will also be a Strictly raffle, plenty of entertainment, and all tickets include a welcome glass of prosecco on arrival 🥂 - Please let us know if you’d like to attend!

By supporting our fundraising, you’ll be helping Weston Hospicecare continue their amazing work caring for people with life-limiting illnesses and supporting their loved ones when they need it most.

Thank you so much for any donation — every pound truly makes a difference ❤️

From Weston Hospicecare

Receiving an end-of-life diagnosis can be difficult, not just for the patient but also for their loved ones. At Weston Hospicecare, our team of palliative care experts is dedicated to working together to provide specialist support. Our social, emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical care helps guide people through one of the most difficult experiences they will ever face. With only 20% of our funding coming from the NHS, we have to raise £6.7 million each year to fund our care - something that's only made possible by our community.
