I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in 2020 but still here fighting to tell the tale with my bag for life thanks to the wonderful work of Bowel Cancer UK.

Early detection is so critical to ensure the best chance of survival. Men like me are terrible at going to the doctors especially with issues like blood in your stool! I want to raise awareness and support the wonderful work that Bowel Cancer UK do.

In 2024 I am doing the following:

March 22nd - 24 Hour Darts Marathon

April 6th - Tough Mudder with TFC Team mates Keith Kentish, James Harvey, Wayne Boyce & Brian Vince

June 20th - 72 Hole Golf Challenge with Alfie Smith, James Harvey & TBC

September 7th - 100km Ultra Challenge

September 21st - Tough Mudder with TFC Team mates Keith Kentish, Alfie Smith, James Harvey, Wayne Boyce, Brian Vince & Jack Fryer… maybe more
