I am taking on the Ironman Wales challenge to raise funds for Head 2 Head Sensory Theatre. Please help me to raise lots for this amazing charity.

The Ironman course consists of a 2.4 mile (3.9 km) Swim, 112 mile (180.2 km) bike ride and a 26.2 mile (42.2km) run. In total 140.6 miles (226.3 km). If that was not challenging enough the wales event is known for being one of the tough ones because of all the steep hills.
