in September 2025 we lost Loki at the age of just 18. He was a fabulous grandson with a lifetime of adventures in front of him. We miss him terribly.

In 2020 I covered the 1234 miles from Andover to Florence on an indoor rower I raised a good amount of sponsorship in aid of Parkinson’s UK. This time I’m doing the same journey on foot! I’m doing walks of (typically) 5-10 miles and plotting my progress on the map on myvirtualmission.com Florence is our favourite holiday place and seems an appropriate destination.

I started the journey on 29 April and hope to finish by my 65th birthday in March 2027

I will be so grateful for any support you can give in sponsoring me. It will be a huge help when I’m out there clocking up the miles in good and bad weather. Knowing that you are behind me will help me on my way to Florence!
