It's that time of year again when I go running for Bird Aid to help raise funds. This year I have signed up to the Beachy Head Ultra Marathon on 25th October (an ultra is anything over a standard marathon distance). We have had a lot of expenses this year with building projects and extra food and bedding needed. We are now in a position where our main gull aviaries need replacing due to their age and this is going to be very expensive so any donation would be much appreciated. Bird Aid continues to be a rehabilitation and sanctuary for our gulls and again this year we have taken in many babies which we have to house and feed until they can be released which makes much work for our volunteers. Please give anything you can afford so we can carry on this work and give our birds a new and safe home. Thank you.
