Hi guys and girls,

I haven't done one of these for a while, I am raising money for a charity called SANDS which is the Stillbirth And Neonatal Death Society, this particular charity is very close to my heart,

Most of you don't know but on the 18th December 2011, my beautiful daughter Isla was born sleeping, something that devastated my world, devastated my partners world, and something we will never recover from, you just learn to deal with it in different ways, going through the unimaginable pain of loosing a child you waited 9 months to finally meet,

But SANDS stood by us throughout the whole ordeal and i cannot thank them enough for what they done for me, my partner and my other child at the time (i have 4 now, a glutton for punishment I know!) This is my way of giving back to them,

I've raised money for them before a few years back but injuries and busy work schedules have prevented me from doing this until now and i cant wait to get back out there
