Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you may know my eldest daughter

Gemma Kathleen Hicks born 17/03/2005

Was very ill with pneumococcal meningitis at the age of 8 months old and spent 3 months over 2 periods in Bristol children’s hospital with Professors looking in to why especially when it hit back for a second time after being home and getting settled for it to hit Gemma again Gemma was actually put in to a induced coma to reduce the amount of brain damage or muscle damage while she was having seizures

It was mine and her mothers worst nightmare to see our first baby girl put through this at the age of 8 months old

I’ve been meaning to do a charity sky dive since but other things in life always got in the way, another baby Sophie a divorce etc etc

But now my eldest is 21 and lives with there mother

And Sophie living with me is turning 19 on the 22nd August jump day so what away to celebrate two big things in my life

Please give generously it’s a very very good cause and one that saved my daughters life

I know a lot of you would pay a lot more if I didn’t use a parachute but hay

What can go wrong lol
