In May 2023 my friend and cycling buddy was knocked off his bike and was seriously injured.

It is not an exaggeration to say the air ambulance and their team of volunteers helped save his life.

Remarkably, within 5 months of rehab and recovery he is back on his bike and recovering well.

So, next year we are taking part in the lap of Anglia, a 4 day, 440 mile journey to raise funds for an essential, life saving service.

2024 is also the year I turn 50, and 7 years since my last multi-day cycling fundraising adventure and feel it's time to do another one!
