It’s been a tricky year!

I’m keen to do a bit more running and get fit (ish..) again. Hopefully, I can raise a few quid for Heads On, the Mental Health Charity, while I’m at.

I will attempt to run the 5K without stopping! I’m not bothered about times, finishing it will be enough.

If you can spare a few coppers, then great but no worries at all if you can’t since there is a lot of demand out there.. If any of you are in the vicinity on the day (and having nothing better to do – there’s cake!) then it’s always good to see friends and colleagues.
