I've been a part of numerous charity events before, all aimed at supporting causes close to others' hearts. But this time, I'm stepping up for a cause that's deeply personal to me.

ADHD casts a significant shadow on the lives of those who grapple with it and also on their families lives. It's a lifelong journey marked by stigma, and unfortunately, individuals with ADHD often face unwarranted discrimination.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) impacts around 2.5% of adults. It's a complex neurodevelopmental disorder that can make daily life challenging for adults with ADHD. For the people that need support, they deserve access to information, support, and guidance, all of which can contribute to a happier, more fulfilled life.

So, here's what I'm up to: I'm gearing up for a cycle challenge this October, perfectly aligning with ADHD awareness month. Oddly enough, most people are unaware that there's even a month dedicated to raising awareness about ADHD. In fact, a good chunk of the population lacks a solid understanding of what ADHD truly is.

My goal is simple yet impactful. If I can raise awareness about ADHD in just one person, or gather enough funds to make a difference in one person's life, I'll consider that a true victory.
