Cycle St Giles 2025
Campaign by St Giles Hospice (RCN 509014)
Support us from your saddle on Sunday 8th June by taking on one of three cycling routes - 29, 60 or 100 mile - and help fund vital care for local people, and their loved ones, living with a terminal illness.

Story

On the 8th June I’ll be cycling 60 miles in aid of St Giles Hospice and in memory of our dear friend Trevor Povah, who passed away earlier this year following his battle with cancer. The nurses at St Giles were as always so kind, even organising the wedding to his wife Jacqui 5 days before he passed away. The hospice needs much needed support and has recently had to reduce the number of beds and staff. If you can, please donate. Donations really do make a huge difference. Thank you so much. X

The hospice spends close to £10 million a year providing our specialist services. With just 18% of this funded by the Government, they rely heavily on donations and the generosity of our community.

How your kind donations could help:

£32 could help fund 1 hour of care on the Inpatient Unit

£66 could help fund a specialist nurse visit to a patient at home

£84 could help fund a bereavement support session

Can you help support my cycle challenge by making a donation?
