I’m super excited to be taking part in the London to Brighton Off Road Bike Ride on 19 September 2026, yes that’s right, I’m going to cycle a long way! I’m riding to support the British Heart Foundation.\n\nHeart and circulatory diseases still take hundreds of lives every single day here in the UK, which is truly heartbreaking. The BHF has done incredible work cutting those numbers in half, but there’s still a long way to go. They depend on people like us to fund vital research that leads to new treatments and cures. For instance, just £24 can fund two hours of research by an early career scientist!\n\nI’ve set a target of £500, and every single pound really counts towards making a difference. If you can chip in anything at all, it would mean the world to me and help push this cause forward. Let’s pedal together for a healthier future!
