Last year we lost Alex Meek #meek6 to suicide. Since this tragic event Alex’s family and friends have been supporting Signposted Cymru by raising over £30000 so we can continue to support individuals needing support with their mental health.

This challenge is agin in memory of Alex, the £30 registration fee is what on average it costs to give one person one counselling session, at Signposted Cymru we give a standard 8.
