As some of you may know, unfortunately, last summer we endured a breast cancer diagnosis. At the time this was a real shock but thankfully all the cancer has now been removed. We have been fortunate to experience the brilliant work and support from the Torbay Breast care team.

Therefore, I am hoping for some extrinsic motivation! 20 years ago I ran the London marathon and as a New Year’s resolution promised myself to complete another marathon this year.

So with your help we can raise money for the fantastic charity and also give me the motivation to complete a marathon. During the half term holiday I plan to run 26.2 miles around Torbay, please give whatever you can and if you see me out plodding give me a cheer!
