I really didn't realise the impacts of epilepsy until a loved one developed it last year. Those impacts are huge, and effect very simple things we all take for granted.

Over 80 people a week in the UK develop epilepsy and often in later life.

The Epilepsy Society were there for us in giving us the information we lacked when it was difficult to get good support from elsewhere..

So, this year's UnAwards charity is the Epilepsy Society to hopefully give a little bit back, and so that someone else can also receive this valuable help.
