No More Sprints, Time for a Marathon!

London Marathon 2024 · 21 April 2024 ·
As some of you will be aware I have been a member of the NSPCC volunteer board for the last year. My reason for getting involved was after attending a talk and gaining a greater understanding for the sheer volume of work they do, including supporting LGBTQ+ youth and their families.
After my 100KM charity challenge in October I’ve bit the bullet and decided to run a marathon!
The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.
Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuse
That’s why we’re here. That's what drives all our work. And that’s why – as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood!
