The Lighthouse Charity provides a wide range of free and confidential support services, including a 24/7 helpline, mental health support, counselling, financial guidance and wellbeing resources. Their work helps thousands of people navigate challenging times and ensures that those working in our industry have somewhere to turn when they need help most.
