On Saturday 10th October, to mark World Mental Health Day, an incredible group of supporters will be taking on a truly unforgettable challenge – walking barefoot across a path of glowing hot embers in support of South Kent Mind.

This year's Firewalk is proudly taking place at Sea Scrub Sauna as part of our shared commitment to promoting the benefits of coastal wellbeing, highlighting the positive impact that connection with our coastline and community can have on mental health. We are also incredibly grateful to Saga, whose generous sponsorship is helping to make this inspiring event possible.

Every pound raised will support South Kent Mind, your local, independent mental health charity, helping us provide life-changing mental health support across Folkestone, Hythe and Dover. Together, we can ensure that no one has to face their mental health challenges alone.
