I will be cycling 100 kilometres on Sunday 23rd March to raise funds for the Trust Links charity in Rochford Essex. This local charity does wonderful work supporting people with mental health issues and helping people live rewarding fulfilling lives.

I will be dragging my body ( with the help of my bike ) around 100 kilometres of the Essex countryside starting and finishing in Rochford. The route takes in Maldon and a number of hills on the way. For those who know me I will NOT be using my e-bike, it’s pure pedal power all the way so I hope you will sponsor me through JustGiving to make all the aches and pains worthwhile.
