I suffered a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in 2021. I was quickly directed to SCA UK and discovered how special it is. Today, in the UK, there is no standard NHS recovery pathway for those affected by an SCA. SCA UK is critical to filling that gap providing both practical and emotional support.

My challenge is to cycle 1km for every member of the SCA UK Facebook group. At present, that is 2,500, but I am sure that will have increased by a few hundred by the time I complete the challenge.
