Story
THREE EVENTS. ONE PURPOSE.
This year, Lifetime Fitness isn’t just running workouts…
we’re running challenges that push people to their limits, physically, mentally, and emotionally, all to raise money for causes that matter.
We’ve got three major charity events coming up, and every single one is built on the same idea:
Do something hard… so someone else’s life can be a little easier.
🔥 NO QUIT 24 (01/05/2026)
24 hours. Every hour. No escape.
Participants will face a brutal bodyweight challenge at the start of every hour for a full day and night. No sleep. No comfort. Just discipline, grit, and the decision not to quit when everything hurts.
It’s not about fitness, it’s about staying in the fight when quitting feels justified.
🏃 THE IMPOSSIBLE MILE (26/07-2026)
One mile. Four movements. No mercy.
400m Burpee Broad Jumps
400m Walking Lunges
400m Bear Crawl
400m Run
Simple on paper. Savage in reality.
This event pushes lungs, legs, and mindset to breaking point, and then asks for more.
🥊 THE FINAL FIGHT (date TBC)
The last war. The biggest test.
A boxing-inspired fitness challenge that demands heart, courage, and relentless effort. This is about digging deep, standing your ground, and giving everything you’ve got, not for glory, but for a cause.
❤️ WHY WE’RE DOING THIS
These events aren’t about medals, ego, or proving who’s the fittest.
They’re about community.
They’re about resilience.
They’re about raising money for people who are fighting battles far tougher than any workout.
Every entry fee, every donation, every share helps make a real difference.
🙏 HOW YOU CAN HELP
You don’t have to take part to be involved.
👉 Donate if you can
👉 Share this post to spread the word
👉 Come down and support on the day
👉 Sponsor a participant
👉 Cheer, encourage, be part of it
Support doesn’t have to be physical, it just has to be real.
👊 LET’S SHOW WHAT THIS COMMUNITY CAN DO
When people come together with purpose, incredible things happen.
Let’s suffer for something meaningful.
Let’s push limits for people who need support.
Let’s turn hard work into real impact.
