On Friday 28th November, I will embark on an incredible journey to complete 5k a day for 365 consecutive days. This personal marathon is not just a physical challenge; it is a heartfelt mission to raise funds and awareness for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

I have chosen this start date with great significance, as my quest will culminate on my 50th birthday. This milestone year serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of life, health, and the support we can offer to those in need. Every step I take will be dedicated to young people facing cancer, who deserve our compassion and assistance during their toughest battles.
