Padstow Sea Cadets is at the heart of the Padstow Community and has been supporting its young people for over 65 years.

Over the last couple of years the Sea Cadet Unit has been hit with a number of unexpected building and equipment costs that have hit their funds hard. These have included?

A substantial water leak on the property

Extensive electrical works to bring the building up to spec

Fire Alarm Repairs

These alone have cost the Unit thousands of £££.

Then recently we have been hit with more high expenses, with the roof to our Maintenance Shed suffering damage in the April Storms and now one of our Safety Boat Engines has broken down and is sadly beyond economical repair and needs replacing. These 2 issues will cost the Unit in excess of £4000 alone.

Padstow Sea Cadets is an independent charity and relies solely on fundraising and donations to meet its general running cost and maintenance of its buildings and equipment.

Please, help the Unit recoup some of these costs and get their bank balance back up, to ensure they can continue to offer life changing training and opportunities to the young people of Padstow and the surrounding areas.
