Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page and I will be eternally grateful for any support that I receive.
Over the next few months I will be training for both the Manchester Half Marathon in October 2025 and also the TCS London Marathon in April 2026.
Although I will be running the Manchester Half Marathon on behalf of Shelter, I am now going to be covering the sponsorship requirement myself.
Having just this week received confirmation that I have been accepted as part of the official Brain Tumour Research marathon team for London 2026 I have opened this fundraising page early to try and raise as much money as possible for in memory of one of my very oldest friends Will, who lost his fight in February 2023 at the age of only 36.
Joining the Brain Tumour Research team is something I am very excited about and Iβm immensely proud to be representing them in memory of Will, but also hopefully raising lots of money to help those affected by Brain Tumours.
I will try to keep you all updated throughout this process as best as I can via social media, but once again, Thank You π

One in three people in the UK knows someone affected by a brain tumour. This disease is indiscriminate; it can affect anyone at any age. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.
Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this. It is the only national charity focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. Help fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
