Hello everyone,

As some of you may already know, I have been training for the last few months to compete in an Ironman triathlon. I watched my brother complete a full Ironman in Barcelona last year; he not only completed it, but he smashed it with a very good time of 11 hours. That is what made me get my act together and think, if he can do it, so can I, and why not raise some funds for an amazing charity while we are at it? This year, myself and two brothers and their partners are taking part in Vichy, France, and are looking to raise £4000 collectively, so £1000 each.
