For those who know me I've had first-hand experience of the awful effects of Alzheimer's Disease and as part of a team of colleagues at EDF I'm trying to raise as much as possible for the Alzheimer's Society. I don't have a massive circle of friends and colleagues but sadly the chances are that some of you will also be affected by seeing this awful affliction in your friends and families at some point in your lives.

As I can't bake, sing or dance I'm walking a challenging route through the Brecon Beacons on Saturday 14th June. Weather looks awful and I've done no training... statistically more people have died in Wales than currently live there so there's significant personal risk at stake here and only your generosity will inspire me to get me through the challenge.
