On April 20th my son, Craig (52) passed away at the Hospice in the Weald after losing his 3 year battle with bowel cancer. He was treated with great care and compassion in his final days.

The Hospice organise an annual "Moonlight Walk" in S/Oaks taking place on Sat 17 June. I will attempt to walk a new distance this year of 13 miles which I have not covered since my earlier running days.
