I am one of the lucky ones who managed to get a place to this year's London Marathon through a Club Ballot but that doesn't mean I can't fundraise too!

I am on the board of trustees for Fireworks, a small charity in Staffordshire promoting mental health and wellbeing for children and young people. We go into primary and secondary school and deliver bespoke sessions to the kids that need it the most. We help everyone realise that their best is always good enough and who they are as a person is always awesome.

This fundraising will be put towards animal therapy training for our Founder's enormous Newfoundland so we can take the dog into schools with us, and a dog like that really does give the best hugs!
