This June I will be cycling ~240miles (~390km) across the north of Scotland to raise money for Instant Neighbour Aberdeen. This will be happening on the 4th to the 6th of June.

The cycle will take me from one coast to the other, over the Highlands, across the northern coast and through the Cairngorms.

This is part of the Coast to Coast 17 ride, a charity cycle ride across Scotland that we do at BP every year. This is the 17th event and we have previously raised £2.5 million over its 16 previous events.

The target is to raise £1000 pounds and BP will match any money raised, so if we raise 1000 quid, BP will chip in another £1000. Might as well use that oil cash for something good!

Instant Neighbour Aberdeen has been supporting people in Aberdeen City and Shire for almost 40 years. They support people on low incomes to set up home, by providing access to low-cost reuse furniture, white goods, clothing and bric a brac.
