In April David and I are taking on the gruelling 130km gravel challenge, the Dirty Reiver, to raise money for children's charity Action because 30% of children with a rare disease will lose their life before their 5th birthday.

Action Medical Research is the leading UK charity dedicated to funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies and children.

Today in the UK, there are hundreds of thousands of sick and disabled children who need your help. Children like Mia, aged 3 who’s living with debilitating, incurable Crohn’s disease.
