Its time for my annual charity effort. Through the connection at work I am raising money for the halow project again.

Last year I cycled the halow-250 (and survived). This year a group of five of us from the NEO Guildford office are taking part in the the London-to-Brighton cycle ride.

Halow's aim aim is to support young people with a learning disability on their journey into and through adult life. Halow runs a range of services that support over 200 young people to live the life they choose, as independently as possible. Halow aims to ensure that every person with a learning disability has the same life choices and chances as any other person.

All donations gratefully received for this local charity, that makes a real difference to people’s lives.
