Story

Lawrence Home Nursing Team provided compassionate end of life support for Sarah, enabling her to spend her last days at at home surrounded by her family. Their wonderful support should be available to anyone who sadly needs it.

About the charity

When asked most of us say we want to die at home, in the comfort of familiar surroundings close to those we love. LHNT gives people and their families the support they need to make that possible. Providing free hands-on care, our nurses help to fulfil the wishes of anyone who wants to die at home.
